Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StockTop.ai (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Servers Connect LLC (“StockTop”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Informational Use Only

StockTop provides market data and analysis for informational and educational purposes only. StockTop is not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and does not provide financial advice. Nothing on the Service is a solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to buy or sell any security. “Sentiment signals,” “alerts,” and similar features are research tools that highlight patterns in data—they are not trading signals, price predictions, or investment recommendations.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Market data may be delayed or contain errors.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your own investment decisions and for verifying information from official sources.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to manipulate markets.
• You will keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) until canceled. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current rate, plus applicable taxes.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel by using your dashboard Settings (billing portal) or by contacting support@stocktop.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may offer trials from time to time. Trial access and duration (if any) will be disclosed at sign-up or checkout.

We may change plan pricing or features. If a change impacts your subscription, we will provide notice before it takes effect (for example, by email or in-app). Price changes apply starting with your next billing cycle after notice, unless required otherwise by law.

Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@stocktop.ai. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.

Data Deletion Guarantee: Upon account deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Certain information may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance may be retained for up to 7 years). Backup systems are purged within 90 days.

Before requesting deletion, you may export your data in machine-readable format from your Settings page.

Third-Party Data & Services

The Service may display content and data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to access other users’ data.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service (except as permitted by law).
• Do not use the Service to break laws or regulations.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKTOP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
